Magnets

I have been in a magnet making craze the past couple of days!  I also finally got  flash for my camera, so I thought I'd show them both off!
I am so excited to have my first two shoots this/next week!
Make sure to check back soon to see how they went, and let me know what you think!  Tips feedback and suggestions are always appreciated!

They are super easy!
Here is what you need...
-Magnets (I find them at walmart in the craft/apparel art area)
-Smooth and clear glass accent stones. The only place I have been able to find really clear ones (and the larger ones) are at JoAnn Fabric. Watch out because some "clear" stones will have a reflective coating on them which makes the pictures more difficult to see)
-Tacky Glue
-Pictures
So basically you just cut out pictures from magazines or wherever you can find them in the basic size and shape of the glass stone. I used an old flower magazine and a graphic art magazine. basically anything that is smallish or has a cool texture pattern will work.
You just need to make sure that the entire bottom of the stone is covered with you picture. Then you use the tacky glue to glue the picture onto the flat underside of the stone. You do not need to use very much glue!
Let those dry for at least half an hour, and then use your tacky glue again to stick the magnets on the backside of your picture (again, don't need too much glue or they take forever to dry). And there you have it!
After you glue the magnets on they will need to dry for at least 5-6 hours or overnight. Also, make sure to space the magnets far apart from each other when drying because the magnets will move around if they are too close to each other.
Hope some of you have fun trying them out!

We made the magnets. Pieter would cut something out and show me where he wanted the stone. We had a blast! Thanks for the instructions!
