Today I had a shoot with my friend Jessica Blue and her two girls. We had a great time shooting at home and at Point Defiance. Here are a few of my favorites (there were lots to choose from!).
I am currently setting up a studio area in my home. I was playing around with the flash and black back drop. Since Ezra didn't feel like modeling for me, I was just getting shots of a chair. Then Ezra wanted to shoot some photos (on a tripod of coarse). Here is a shot he got of me! Quite the little photographer :)
On Saturday I had a Photo Shoot with Gina and her girls Monica, Amara and Alissa. It was a beautiful day and we shot at a great waterside park. Gina, it was so nice to meet you and your girls. Good luck with your coming move!
We have had some simply spectacular weather the past couple of days! I really could not have asked for anything better. We stayed outside all day enjoying the heat and the hammock that Mike set up :) Here are a couple shots of Ez, and of some flowers that were illuminated by the sun rays.
Today I took Ezra to the Logging Camp Museum at Point Defiance. They have all these really cool (and really old) trains that offered some great textures and colors. Ez had a blast climbing on some of them and looking around, and I had a great time snapping some pictures!
Here are a couple of pictures from Brooke's Baptism this past Sunday. It was a wonderful day! We had the baptism in the morning followed by a great party. Brooke and Maddy both looked so beautiful in their gowns!
Also on Friday, I had a photo shoot with my neighbors across the street and their 3 week old baby girl Gracie. I always forget just how tiny newborn babies are! Well she was a trooper and let me take lots of pictures of her and her parents. Gracie is one of a few new babies on the block. The others are still in their mommy's bellies, but they'll be out soon enough. She may be a little young to appreciate it now, but how cool to have so many future friends right in the neighborhood!
Friday, May 2nd was May Day at the Annie Wright School Here in Tacoma. I was able to photograph one of the seniors who was honored in the celebration. Scarlet and her entire family were so great! I want to thank them for letting me be a part of this special day. Best of luck to you Scarlet as you venture of to College!
